Whether you're on the hunt for items crafted, designed, and curated by passionate sellers or seeking inspiration to fuel your own creativity, we aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience on Trolleys.app. Please read on to learn more about your rights and responsibilities as a valued buyer.

Understanding Trolleys.app's Role as a Marketplace:

It's important to recognize that Trolleys.app itself is not directly involved in the transaction between you and the seller. By shopping on Trolleys.app, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing directly from one of the various ambitious and creative sellers on Trolleys.app, not from Trolleys.app itself.
  • Trolleys.app does its best to seek out and promote only top tier products; however, it does not physically screen every item sold by sellers and, therefore, cannot guarantee or endorse any products or content provided by sellers.
  • Each seller may have a unique shipping preference or order processing protocol

You are a valued member of our community. Without you, we do not exist. You have the ability to confidentially flag any item or seller that violates Trolleys.app’s policies. We ensure prompt resolution on your behalf.

Communicate with our Sellers using our CARE System

Our CARE system is a cutting-edge transaction success manager designed to guarantee your satisfaction as a buyer while providing robust protection against fraud and malicious activities. With our CARE system, you can engage in real-time communication with sellers to inquire about order status, pricing, customer service, and other pertinent matters.

Communications on Trolleys.app may not be used for the following activities:

  • Sending unsolicited advertising or promotions, requests for donations, or spam.
  • Harassing or abusing another member, or otherwise violating our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
  • Interfering with a transaction or the business of another user.
  • Exchanging personal contact, financial, or other information for the purposes of making an off-marketplace transaction, including phone number, address, email, social media handles, external URLs, instructions for money transfer, QR codes, etc. If you need to communicate for any of the reasons listed above, please contact Trolleys.app directly for assistance.

CARE Usage and Intentional Interference:

  • Using CARE to harass buyers is strictly forbidden. Likewise, CARE must not be employed to promote or glorify hatred.
  • Posting in public areas to demonstrate or discuss a dispute with a buyer is prohibited
  • Purchasing from a seller for the sole purpose of leaving a negative review is prohibited
  • Maliciously clicking on a sellers’ online ads in order to drain their marketing budget, also known as "click fraud" is prohibited.

When buying on Trolleys.app When you shop on Trolleys.app, you are directly supporting small independent businesses with unique products and distinct order processing times. When purchasing from a seller on Trolleys.app, you agree that you have:

  • Read the item description and buyer policies before making a purchase.
  • Submitted appropriate payment for the item(s) purchased.
  • Provided accurate shipping information to the seller.

For the safety of our community and to prevent fraud, all transactions must be completed through the Trolleys.app checkout system. Only transactions processed through the Trolleys.app checkout system are eligible for our direct assistance and resolution.

Order Disputes If you experience an issue with an order, the first step is to contact the seller through your CARE Link provided with her order confirmation. Sellers should be given 48 hours to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved after this time, you can use the CARE system to report your issue, such as late delivery, or receiving an item that is not as described in the listing. These issues will likely be covered by Trolleys.app’s Buyer’s Protection Program. Trolleys.app will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a transaction qualifies under the Buyer’s Protection Program. The program may be changed at any time for any reason, and Trolleys.app will not be liable for any effects these changes may have on you. Please note, you do not have a legal claim under the Buyer’s Protection Program. If Trolleys.app does not issue a refund, this will not affect any legal claims you may have against the seller from whom you purchased. Your legal rights remain intact.

Furthermore, please note that Trolleys.app may use your personal information for the purpose of resolving disputes with sellers. If you choose a refund as your preferred resolution, keep in mind that Trolleys.app only allows on-marketplace refunds for a period of 180 days post-transaction. After this 180-day window has elapsed, Trolleys.app cannot support on-marketplace refunds for your order. However, you may still communicate directly with the seller to come to an off-marketplace resolution. Refunds issued by Trolleys.app will be in your original form of payment, and if such payment is not available or you agree to be refunded in the form of Trolleys.app credit, a marketplace credit will be issued.

Our Buyer’s Protection Program At Trolleys.app, we understand that most order issues can be resolved directly with the seller or through the seller’s return policy. However, we’re committed to ensuring that you always receive the item you ordered or get your money back. When those expectations aren’t met, Trolleys.app is here to support you. Buyers may be eligible for a full refund if their purchase never arrives, arrives late, arrives damaged, or significantly differs from the listing description:

If your order fails to meet the following criteria, Trolleys.app ensures a full refund, covering all taxes and shipping fees.

  1. Items purchased on Trolleys.app are expected to be shipped within the seller’s stated processing times and delivered to the buyer's address provided at the time of purchase, within the estimated delivery date window. Changes to processing times or shipping addresses communicated through informal channels, such as Messages, will not qualify for Trolleys.app’s Purchase Protection Program. If an item has been shipped and includes a tracking number, you may be able to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in case of issues. Items that arrive late due to circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control—such as a carrier strike, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events—are not eligible for the Trolleys.app Buyer’s Protection Program, as determined at our sole discretion. For made-to-order downloads, files should be made available within seven days of purchase.
  2. Items arrive undamaged, and are packaged to withstand handling in transit.
  3. Items received should not be significantly different from the listing description or photos. We may ask the buyer to provide us with documentation to demonstrate that the item is significantly different
